BERRIES IN SEASON
One of the good thing that comes along with summer is all the fruits that comes available! It's berry season now and raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are everywhere! They were selling 3 boxes for $5 at a local supermarket, provdigo, and I bought 1 box of blueberry and 2 boxes of raspberries the other day. For some odd reason, I was in the mood for some baking yesterday and baked a 8" blueberry tart with lemon meyer cream! Personally, I think the taste and appearance went off quite well. Regrettably, I should have taken a better shot of it since such times where I get the inspiration to bake stuff are hard to come by!
